Knife Play
I define knifeplay as any kind of SM play in which a knife is present in the scene. It could mean there’s a knife in the submissives visual field that works as a good threat, but doesn’t get used. Or it can be as intense as using knives on the subs body for the sensory play of it.
Knifeplay does NOT mean cutting or bloodletting. Knives in this case are used for the psychological and physical influence they have on a submissive’s body.
The lecture will deal with how the body responds physically and psychologically to knives, different kinds of blades that can be used, and how to safely wield a blade in a scene.
The demonstration part will show on willing victims how knives can be used. If there is time, attendees will be able to handle knives themselves.
